Refund Policy
At CampScanner, we want members to feel confident in their purchase. If your membership isn't the right fit, we offer refund options under the conditions outlined below.
CampScanner provides real-time campsite availability monitoring and SMS notifications. As the service begins immediately upon activation and continuously monitors campsite availability on behalf of members, refund eligibility is limited.
New Membership Purchases
- New CampScanner memberships are non-refundable.
Membership Renewals
- Membership renewals may be eligible for a refund if requested within thirty (30) days of the renewal date, subject to the condition that the service has not been used in the period between the renewal and the refund request.
- Refund requests submitted more than thirty (30) days after the renewal date are not eligible for a refund.
Additional Terms
- Refund eligibility is limited to one refund per account.
- Members removed from the program for violations of our Terms & Conditions or community standards are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency and amount charged (USD). Currency exchange rate fluctuations may result in differences between the refunded amount and the amount received by your financial institution.
- CampScanner reserves the right to deny refund requests where account activity, misuse, abuse of the refund policy, fraud, or other circumstances indicate that the request is inconsistent with the intent of this policy.
